Parson's - Modern Speedy - Irish Mail - Pedal Card. circa 1930s. The hangle that pumps and turns the rear wheels is in working condition. The seat is adjustable. There are two spots on tires that are imperfect - right rear and forward left tires. Please review the pictures. There is a spot aft the seat that appears to be paint primer over spray.
